Zeztz Flash Belt WIP 7/28

I've made it longer to accompany either a check belt or waist belt because I think we all know Zeztz will be used as a form for Decade/Legend or whoever comes later and I'll need a regular version of the background.
I've also attached a test file where you'll see the logo's done, I've started making a start-up animation for the belt to go on, I've added some sounds.
I'll work on the background animations next and then probably put it out as an alpha for people to mess around with. Sprites and lights will have to come later as the toy is shown more.

i love that put-on animation imitating zeztz almost putting the belt on his waist and then raising it to his shoulder
