Feedback for Celestia's private house [BRAINSTORM]

Hi! This post is gonna be something a little bit different, so I'll explain myself.

Since 2020 I've been making erotic fanarts about princess Celestia, Sunset Shimmer and Sci-Twi making love. The premise is that Celestia wanted a place only for herself after working too much being the princess of Equestria. So, so have a great relief, she has Sunset Shimmer and Sci-Twi. Together, they could love each other without worrying about what someone in Equestria would say about them.

This place is secret, so the only person who knows it is Pinkie Pie, who was invited by Celestia to be her personal maid and also her girlfriend.

I made a layout about how her private house would look like. At first it was a hotel, but it would make things more complicated. I've written some notes for some places in that house. For example, it will have 3 floors and a very wide balcony. Sunset Shimmer, Pinkie Pie and Sci-Twi will sleep on their rooms from the second floor. Celestia will have a personal room on third floor, but she also will have a personal table to make juicy tasty cocktails.

In the original sketch I've drawn the size of a person next to the main entry so you can get an idea of how huge this house is.

And that's what I got so far. I wanted to work on a sketch instead of using ink and cleaning it because that's much faster for a sketch. It took me one hour to make it instead of the usual 7-10 hours for each fully made fanart.

If you have an idea for certain rooms for potential fanarts, let me know.

I have a couple of ideas for fanarts related to this scenario, including a comic where Pinkie Pie and Sunset Shimmer are getting married and a flashback where princess Celestia and Posey Shy were dating and Celestia wants to revive that love.
