Build Flash Belt WIP 8/12 - EDIT
Added 2023-08-12 18:45:52 +0000 UTCEvol and Legend backgrounds now work. Haven't added all bottles back in, but getting there. Want to finish some more animations today. Legend final form backgrounds will be added to the Evol Driver after those backgrounds are added to Decade.
Feeling pretty beaten down by the onslaught of upcoming Gotchard stuff, Geats, Build rework, and then stuff going on with work.

Prime Rogue, Blood, and Perfect Kingdom animations finished. Updated the Rogue animation to include the croc head too. Modified the Evol Match henshin animation to be less tween'ed.
