1.3: 21 legend rider books added. I'd add a placeholder for Neo Decade but the sounds and colors are the same as regular decade. If anyone can find good, straight-on, shots of the stickers I'd go and add it.

Also lots of quality of life changes. First off combos & Brave Dragon have the emblem's slash in their henshins. I'll eventually expand this to the other books bit by bit. Dogouken Gekido will swap between the regular and alternate finishers when a finisher is used. Onjuuken's gun finisher have been added. Dogouken's scan books and Onjuuken's henshin books have been fixed for the emulator so the colors will show.

Swordriver lights have been changed for the combos. Before the lights were hardcoded but that was changed to reference the books so the Legend Rider combos would have different lights depending on the books used.
