MLP: The Movie - Open Up your Eyes

This is a drawing I've made. It's one of the most iconic moments in the My Little Pony film, possibly my favourite scene in the movie.

I started drawing this the last friday. The next day I used the ink. Then I started to clean it, apply some colors and overall make it in between Saturday and Wednesday.

I had a lot of fun doing this. The main goal with this is to make it as similar to the scene from the movie. The background was grey and brown, but with some layers of saturation, color balance and curves there's some tones of orange, red, magenta and purple. Here's the original image for you:

I'd like to do this kind of fanart very often (in fact, I have a couple of ideas in order to rearrange the ending of the movie), but I have to make some suggestions I've been receiving.

I'll make a drawing process of this.
