MLP - A new royal guard for Equestria? (Ink WIP)
Added 2018-03-04 00:00:16 +0000 UTCThis is the next drawing and it takes place after the events of the MLP film. Twilight Sparkle suggests to Celestia that Tempest Shadow should be a royal guard for Equestria, something that Celestia doubts after what she had done to her and the other princesses. Because of that, Tempest is very nervous and she doesn't know how to get along with her, so... high five?
The cleaning process was very tedious because I had to clean it with a very unprecising PC mouse. Because of that, fixing Celestia's right arm took me like an hour. It sounds ridiculous, but fixing her arm means refining her right breast (specially the space between the boob and the arm).
Drawing Tempest Shadow was a lot of fun. I wanted her to be tall and strong, but I also wanted to give her some weaknesses so the people who watch the drawing might connect to her, as if they would say "yeah, I was in that situation sometimes". It also was great to draw different expressions to stablish some contrast for visual comedy. Still, I'm not perfect.
The scene will be once again Celestia's palace from the MLP movie, but this time the colors will be more desaturated.
If the day of tomorrow doesn't betray me, I think you'll see another WIP.
