Giving a lowborn a dragon is like giving a common person a nuclear weapon with 0 knowledge except only knowing it blows shit up. Ppl that never tasted power or heavy responsibility often fumble it, hence why the older guy in her council was disagreeing. Its not mansplaining its being logical
