MLP - Rarity and Coco as Morrigan and Lilith (pencil sketch)
Added 2017-10-26 11:10:14 +0000 UTCIn the moment I'm writing this I'm using ink to this drawing. This is how I'll celebrate Halloween, by making this drawing. These are Rarity and Coco Pommel dressed as Morrigan and Lilith from the fighting videogame series Darkstalkers.
I've been celebrating Halloween by making MLP comics since 2013, when I've made a silly Toy Story 2 reference. But this time, instead of a comic, I want to make a drawing.
I think Morrigan was probably the first fictional character that I was in love with when I was a little kid, and the game I've played wasn't even Darkstalkers, it was a puzzle Street Fighter game. It's very ironic, because I usually don't like the concept of vampires (I'm one of the very few people who didn't like anything about Bats, the MLP episode from season 4).
Back to the drawing, the idea is that Rarity appreciates Coco because she made these costumes. Coco says "Haha, yeah...", and she looks at Rarity's boobs. I want to include little details like a purple beating heart from Coco or something like that. About the background, I think some tree silhouettes and the moon would work.
The bat's wings are very hard to work with, because there's the claw (or tooth), the bat skin and the color purple.
I accept suggestions for a better dialogue between Rarity and Coco. ;)
