Awwww - I think you guys were way too hard on this ep. It was an unbelievably amazing ep of TV with both of you sobbing. lol. Still love your takes xoxoxo Jon killing the night king to me would've been WAY too obvious for this show. Also to me, Jorah came back all those times in order to protect Dany in that moment - so him dying then made sense and followed the "everyone serving a purpose". The same way Berick died protecting Aria for the the obvious reason. The witch told us - he served his purpose. To me, GoT yes is written for tragedy but it's also written to leave you angry and pissed and wishing the story twisted a way you wanted. It's sort of torturous that way but also breaks the mold that way. Anyway - love the channel. P.S. - also Jorah def wasn't the only one who rode back after the first attack.

Fully agree with every one of your complaints about the previous episode except the Arya narrative. Everything that she endured and trained for led her to that moment. Her character was the only story arc that was developed with the necessary skill set (cunning, stealth, and deception) to rival the power of the knight king. She was baptised by the god of death, reborn as the faceless man, but allowed to reclaim her identity to become the ultimate assassin. If the knight king could withstand dragon fire, there's no realistic way a sword wielding Jon Snow could have taken him down in conventional battle. Her story ends becoming the true hero of the realm. Sadly, it's where this show should have ended. It's all downhill from here.

Lol this beginning with your points from last episode are interesting, taken but uhhh lol interesting. Gotta say, if you love GoT like I know you do, thrn you know the series is well known for doing the less than obvious. Definitely not a melodrama. It's about to be nowhere NEAR power rangers. It's very hilarious that you wanted more death when you were just sobbing through most of this episode....and I want to say, these characters are alive for more tragedy to occur later on lol... Sidenote: Jon screamed "Go!" but not at Viserion....some believed he was yelling at Arya, because he saw her and knew she could get past the dragon with a distraction.

the main problem is Varys doesn't really support Daenerys in the books, there is another character that is not apart of the show who is likely a Blackfyre.

Jon Snow’s Mange

Everyone hates season 8, many for the same reasons. Respectfully, y'all got beef for some weird reasons lol, which is fine and fair i guess. But I assume y'all knowing ahead of time that season 8 was so hated that you guys might've come in with an overly critical eye and appears to be ruining not only the show but causing you to maybe be looking too deep on other aspects. Everyone has their opinions though. I did want to defend my boy Varys though, he is not acting out of character, he's ALWAYS said his loyalty is to the people, he never swears to any lord and up until last episode Danarys was the peoples best choice in his mind. However a better option has come along and he wants to play for team Jon because he immediately realized Jon was an even better choice.

Ok how are u gyz misunderstanding Jon's intentions about telling his sisters the truth and jumping around thinking he to some degree wants to be the king? First of all if u categorize Danny and Jon, one may be described as wrathful and other as honorable. Jon literally told Cerci the truth in their meeting and ruined the deal initially by telling the truth. And he stood his ground when others told him he should have lied. That's honorable. What kind of honorable man would lie to their family about their relationship with each other when they accepted him despite being a bastard? Secondly Ned Stark's honor was tainted a bit when people found out that he cheated on his wife. Ppl don't care but it was a sacrifice on Ned's part to save Jon. Even Jaime teased Caitlin about how he has been more faithful to his sister comapared to Ned. It is Jon's responsibility imo to set that right atleast to his children. And finally, if ur claim to something is tarnished by me being truthful to my family dispite my full support to ur cause even though I have a better claim... Then it doesn't mean I have some I'll intent or claim. It just means ur a liar acting like a daddies spoiled princess.

literally no one cares about jon and dannys relation lol, idk why its so offensive, you never said you wanted to skip much much worse scenes lol

Eamon

A lot of people dont realize this, but he was also slaying the queen throughout the show

Kevin Landon

I watched a video with the theory of Jamie being the one killing the Night King would have been a cool redemption of the "Kingslayer" ... does it make sense, NOPE, just a cool idea lol
