Please don't keep repeating the myth that human bites are like extraordinarily dangerous, like more dangerous than other animal bites, that's just not true.
Of course there's risk of infection because it's an open wound and the mouth contains a lot of bacteria, but humans are not particularly dirty or anything and have no more bacteria swirling around in there than any other animal, on average.
There's some studies that suggest that maybe the infection rate from human bites is higher than from dog bites but the reasons are unclear, it could just be because most people go to the hospital when the bite from a human is particularly severe, while they would go to the hospital after any bite from a dog, or other suggestions are that dog bites tend to be crushing rather than deeply penetrating.
On the other hand, studies suggest cat bites are associated with a much higer risk of infection than human bites, maybe because their bites are again more penetrating, not as crushing.
But all in all, it mostly seems to be awash and human bites are not, on average, more dangerous than any other animal bites.
