If this ever happens again they need to dial it WAY BACK. I'm at the 15 minute mark and they haven't stopped talking once. Zero. They never stopped. Next time, just skip the video. Thanks for trying but that does not work.

And when Ricken and Devon were having the conversation about a re-write of The You You Are for Lumon, he was emotional and sincere about wanting to do it because it was a financial opportunity that sounded like he felt like it would be security for the family. Ricken has written four previous books (Ms. Cobel said the latest was his 5th) so he has likely made enough as a writer to support his family relatively well, but not enough for Devon to afford the really expensive birthing cottage at Damona (sp?).

If you recall the episode where he lamented having been sent to the break room the day before, and Milchick bringing him back the missing ideographic card and talking about bringing him something special. If he were not severed, those things wouldn't make sense.
