And there is only thing we say to Death: not today." Oh, and Jaime and Brienne are at Harrenhal, a massive, mostly ruined castle in the riverlands. It's like halfway between the Twins (castle of the Freys, where the wedding will be) and King's Landing. Littlefinger is technically the Lord of Harrenhal, as decreed by Joffrey, but Robb took it early in the war.
