I hope the empathy for Theon comes in to play when it's needed later to see which character was a piece of garbage all along.

Agreed the worst part of every episode is having to skip past that stupid HBO recap and then sync the episode up after.

Kwick kwestion for Chad aka Mr. Die Jesus, por que no minutero para las reacciones? I feel like it would take 30 seconds to throw a timer widget on the screen in a corner and sync it to start with the episode. Just curious not a complaint.

Theon has been physically and psychological beaten down. Whilst he technically could probably overpower those two women I understand why he didn't attempt it.

The actor playing the wildling warg is the same dude who was the one eyed pirate in a dress from the Pirates of the Caribbean series
Here he has great teeth; Pirates, ehhhh notsomuch

It's also shows Tywins desire for control. The evil little bastard shows interest in learning how to rule and Tywin instead shuns him away

Their scenes plus the small council scenes in Kings Landing are some of the best scenes in the show

Yep and it's one of the only times Tywin is shown as a military fool tbh. To assume these dragons won't grow past the size of cats is a very dangerous assumption. A Lannister should learn to HEDGE their bets lol

some of my favorite stuff from the show. it was too short. the jaime face turn is one of the most effective i've ever seen in media.

lol fair point. he is the king and he should be briefed. the trouble is that tywin, like the viewers, know that joffrey is just jockeying for position and doesn't really care about the goings on of the small council. and tywin isn't about to play political games with someone who's his intellectual inferior.

It's also where Arya and her friends were held captive, when she was Tywin's cupbearer.

The best part of the Joffery Tywin conversation at the throne is its the one time where Joffery is 100% correct

I bet you never thought you could really feel sorry for someone who had 2 kids hung and burned. Ramsey is so much worse than Joffre.

Wow. Just noticed the chain Tyrion gave Shae comes back at the end of season 4. And poor Theon lost his favorite toy.

Arya saying her god is Death is a callback to Season 1 and Syrio Forel, her fencing instructor. "There is only one God, and his name is Death. And there is only thing we say to Death: not today."
Oh, and Jaime and Brienne are at Harrenhal, a massive, mostly ruined castle in the riverlands. It's like halfway between the Twins (castle of the Freys, where the wedding will be) and King's Landing. Littlefinger is technically the Lord of Harrenhal, as decreed by Joffrey, but Robb took it early in the war.
