By the way, Laughing Liam has been mentioned before at the start of the season. Higgins was giving up his office for Dr. Sharon (a running joke in this season that Higgins now has nowhere to be) and he discussed other options for offices with Rebecca. He said he would set up in someone else's old office but that that would be right next to Laughing Liam, and Higgins and Rebecca both imitated the laugh. Now we actually saw the man himself :P
