RSC claimed the thing about legal action threatened within the same interview but didn't go into more detail. Since seeing that I wondered if this was the "personal incident" within contract negotiations beyond '04 that led to its cancellation and subsequent move to Toyota. Ralf and also you guys talked about such an incident which was never further uncovered in more detail as well.
