Lmao

BigTrev80s

the cosplays were FANTASTIC

jo and joe

Watch malcolm in the middle next

Rolo 19

Hello girls y'all should consider the old school westerns. For example " For a few dollars more " is considered one of the best westerns

Jeffrey Phillips

The show raises a curious question: do you think Jesse is better being the way he is now, or would he have been better never having met Walt in the beginning?

Maseo Jones

i doubt u guys will but chad u should check out snowfall the FX show and see if it’s something u think the girls should watch. it’s similar to breaking bad with fantastic writing. but again i doubt it bc it’s a mostly black cast and people don’t do reactions to black shows but i still think it’s worth a watch

Skye Brooklyn

yeah it worked for me pretty well. i had the same concerns.

Chad Gloria

This was my first time watching this. It was pretty good. I think I put it off because I was worried about being disappointed, but I wasn't. Felt like a super-sized episode of BB. Looking forward to Better Call Saul. Y'all are gonna love Rhea Seehorn.

Joe Blankenship

Omg! I'm here for these cosplays lmfao

T.wiley

Mostly VFX, but I've done a couple of stints in game studios. There's a lot of cross over between mediums in certain roles, like animators, modellers, texture artists etc.

Woz Lee

LMAOOOO

Edric Storm

I see you’re a guest of stature. As a result, I thank you for pointing that out, not minding that I was just being a bit silly.

ChickensAreRacist

True but it's far better than the last several season of GoT and people still had them watch that.

Ronald Foster

It was amazing going on this journey with you ladies! I loved seeing the show through your eyes. Can't wait for Better Call Saul! You gals are awesome... Church!!

DirtySteve

Jane dad killed himself shortly after the plane crash

ZitherManifesto

If Maple loves the table reads, at the end of Game of Thrones, yall should definitely react to the cast reading the last episode lol. thats a classic.

Joshua Luzania

De-aging *can* look good, if it's done right and the artists are given enough time. For me, the only jarring things were Walt's head and the size of Todd. Gilligan said they used CGI to shrink Walt's head a bit to compensate for the bald cap he wore, but it's still fairly apparent, both from the size and lack of pores/follicles. And Jesse Plemons, the guy who plays Todd, gained a lot of weight for another part that he wasn't able to shed. For my part, the movie was okay and took a while to grow on me. I don't think I really "needed" it, particularly in the sense that it felt like kicking a puppy a little more, but I came to accept that there were some meaningful additions to close out his story.

Dan

Yes they said it's next on the docket, either this week or next week if they can't get round to it.

Kara

I see the vision, do you work in games or music? could legit be either imo lmao

Kara

That ending tho.

Woz Lee

This is true, that show is like a hydra, cancel one of them and two more appear. Negan was cool tho.

Woz Lee

Jesus Maple... too real, that's not cosplay that's some CIA espionage shit. I swear I've seen that guy sitting behind a desk in every studio I've ever worked at.

Woz Lee

unfortunately we will not be watching the walking dead. it isn't all that good in the beginning and gets worse fast and then never ends.

Chad Gloria

yeah we should be starting BCS this week but we'll see how scheduling shakes out also yeah i thought the movie was a nice 17th epilogue episode

Chad Gloria

I say watch the 2004 Battlestar Galactica series next. It is extremely well written, acted and shot. The score throughout it is wonderful and there are a lot of awesome characters that make for a damn good drama.

Ronald Foster

Hello , my goal is to see if the girls would watch " the walking dead " it was on AMC around the same time as breaking bad

Jeffrey Phillips

Sons of Anarchy, it completes the bad guy trio with peaky blinders knowing bad guy does bad things, breaking bad bad guy thinking he's a good guy. And Sons of Anarchy is a bad guy that wants to be good.

ZitherManifesto

Are yall watching better call Saul?

Clinton Brown

Jesse's parents are delusional, the only point in their favor would be not knowing the full story or the reputation/influence of the Aryan Brotherhood in literally every prison that Jesse would go to. He was involved in the killing of almost a dozen Neo Nazis who had connections in prison and were paying people on the inside for various reasons, and he's a verified rat. He would NEVER be safe, they would revenge kill him in the exact same way those witnesses died immediately. His only option would be trying to stay in solitary for as long as possible, which is pretty much just back to where he was before he escaped.

John Cedar

The way Arianna figured out they were not real cops so fast…

Efrain Zavala

The look of absolute disgust on Arianna's face when Todd was singing in the car was hilarious. Never could a scene be so funny and so disturbing at the same time.

Demented Avenger

agreed, fuck the de-aging shit

JD Sharpe

Love the cosplay, girls!!! I would never have expected badger and skinny Pete--and its smart too, cuz wearing a hazmat suit and bald cap for 2 1/2 hrs would definitely suck!!!

Chris Bruneau

The "looking older" thing never bothered me. Aaron Paul at the end of Breaking Bad is already ~6 years older than when he filmed S1 when only <2 years passed in the show. I would much rather have the original actors look a bit older than they recast or do the horrible de-aging stuff like on another show 👀

Kara

I think this actually just took a movie slot, they usually upload a movie at this time. Was LOTR last week.

Kara

I always thought Jesse threatening the guys felt like he was channeling Heisenberg, like from their perspective he's "Heisenberg's apprentice" with all the weight that myth carries. totally agree that Brock's letter is needed, Jesse is the only person who can fully explain what happened. it'll be hard to read but otherwise he'll just be living with his grandma, wondering why his mum got randomly killed on their doorstep for no reason :(

Kara

Fun reaction. I like El Camino, it's definitely not needed - you could just imagine Jesse gets away at the end of BB - but it's a nice capstone, a well made thing and enjoyable. I like the structure of a small burst of violence at the end of this long tense thing, and the little extra depth some characters get. I never considered that Jesse was scared to kill Todd because of repurcussions for Brock, I always thought he was just too broken but it makes sense. El Camino was filmed after several season of Better Call Saul were out (albeit by a Vince Gilligan led team rather than Peter Gould) and I think you can already see some of the production benefits, there are some really crispy perfect sequences here. Selfishly us getting this early on a Friday, in a 'movie slot'? does that mean we get BCS this weekend? 👀 much like Jesse I live in hope

Kara

In BB, Jane's father committed suicide. (Walt heard about it on the car radio.). The scene with Walt and Jesse was supposed to be a missing scene from the ep, Four Days Out, after they were stranded. Aaron Paul actually has the letter that was written to Brock framed at his house. Fans of the show do not know the content of the letter, but I'd sure would like to know what was written. What is often said about this film is that it is not what fans wanted, but it's what fans needed. We needed closure for Jesse. It took a while for Gilligan to write this movie so it was filmed years after BB. Bugs me that the actors look older and different, but still liked the concept of it.

Terri

I really love this movie. Jesse getting true closure was so neccesary. The scene with Walt and Jesse was after Season 2 Episode 9 "4 Days Out", the episode where they were stranded out in the desert without water during a cook. That scene once again drives home Walts motivations. He really loved the world he built for himself in with the Meth business. The shootout scene also has some great details to show how far Jesse has gone. He's learned a few things from some of his criminal colleagues. Jesse keeping a second gun, is very much a Walt thing, thinking of a backup in case things go wrong. Then when the bullets flew, he kept his cool during the shootout, much like Mike did. And then threatening the survivors is more a Gus thing, ensuring his own survival and taking care of potential problems. One of the saddest things for me was seeing that he wrote a letter to Brock. That poor kid has no clue how much his life was changed by Jesse and Walt. It's going to be really hard for him, but it's good Jesse is probably giving him some clarity. But oof. The end, with him driving away, Jane's advice in mind, just pushes how tragic this universe is. Jesse is no innocent by any means, but after all he's suffered, he deserves freedom more than he deserves more punishment. It's just wild to think Jesse's life was turned upside down all by an old teacher from high school 😅 I am beyond excited for your reactions to Better Call Saul. Peak writing doesn't end with Breaking Bad and El Camino! See you guys then 🙌

Lorenzo Baxter

Jesse can't send a letter to Jane's dad, because he took his own life in Season 3. There's a radio snippet that speaks of his suicide while Walt is driving at the end of 3x04 Green Light. RIP Donald.

Dan

Oof! Can't wait to watch this one!

Zech

Love y’all’s weird ass schedules for uploads
