Did you not watch the beginning of the video, before you posted the comment? Or did you forget what she said?

2025-11-02 22:35:52 +0000 UTCI'm still so confused by these reactions. Why is Maple acting like she hasn't already seen these movies? Lol like literally on this channel only a couple years prior? Every single scene she is acting as though it's her first time seeing it.

2024-10-08 20:31:45 +0000 UTCIt was actually really intense in the theater. The vibe was real, all the seats were filled, people in cosplay, the whole 9 yards. It was crazy

2024-08-18 04:00:26 +0000 UTCJust finished watching - another great reaction, thank you ladies! Maples' first time watching was actually how I first found you guys on youtube and subscribed right away, have been a fan since. Thanks for all the hard work you guys put in, hope y'all are doing well. Cheers!

2024-08-17 19:33:22 +0000 UTCMaple's cry at the end is definitely a second watch through only. Also, normally I love the quick jump into the reactions, but liked the longer intro on this one. Also also, you should just get a Costco sized order of kleenex for return of the king.

2024-08-17 19:13:43 +0000 UTCLoved the rewatch/watch reaction. LotR movies are some of my favorites and I rewatch them every so often. Feels like you always get something new out of them each time

2024-08-17 08:07:39 +0000 UTCFun fact: The actor for the Uruk Hai that threw the knife at Aragorn at the end, was meant to throw it at a nearby tree. But since he couldn't see out of the mask properly, he accidentally threw it directly at Viggo, who deflected it with his sword.

2024-08-17 07:03:12 +0000 UTCI felt that way with "Troy". One of my favorites but there is just way too much totally unnecessary stuff in the extended. And that is often the case. Not here though.

2024-08-17 04:34:27 +0000 UTCππππππππππ Best reaction I've seen of this movie so far and I've seen a lot of them. It's great to have someone to cry with during this (Yea I'm a big baby lol). But LOTR and Star Wars are by far my 2 favorite movie universes. BB and GOT are my favorite show universes. Frodo and Sam are the best bromance of all time. Mainly bc Sam is the best friend of all time. Boramir is a perfect example of what Galadriel was talking about when she said, "I would use this ring from a desire to do good... But through me, it would wield a power too great and terrible to imagine." And she's an elf lol. They have far more restraint than men. It isn't possible for a human to wield it. Only a hobbit has a heart pure enough to take on the burden. And even then most of them couldn't. Just look what it's putting Frodo through already. Boramir wasn't too much at fault bc nearly every man would have done the same. Merry and Pipp are so loveable too. I love when Gandolf rages on them. ππ€£π little menaces but huge hearts. The relationship between Aragon, Legalus and Gimli have such a special relationship as well. Their fighting styles are my absolute favorite and they work so well together. Gandolf is a fave of mine too. Just such a cool, interesting and friendly but savage when he needs to be. Man I fucking love u guys.I just wanted to hug Maple at the end there πͺπͺπͺ I'm with you. Thank you so much for this. I really hope you do the extended on all of them, the hobbit movies and then watch the Rings of Power show in which season 2 comes out later this month I believe. The next one is one of my favorites in this universe. Can't wait. Sorry for such a long comment but I love this shit.

2024-08-17 04:03:05 +0000 UTCMy wife and I watched this reaction together--sure enough, she balled when Boromir died. That is the single most gut wrenching death scene I have ever watched! 2024-08-17 02:45:02 +0000 UTCI agree with Arianna about the Harry Potter comparisons. In a few of the movies, there's like integral parts of the story that explain key events that are completely erased (I think maybe the first egregious one is 4th movie, altho 3rd has some important explanations left out). Maybe since Jackson was able to plan out all three movies and do the whole story himself, he did a better job at this series, when in Harry Potter, so many people did different movies. I know ya'll are busy, but Harry Potter would definitely make a great series for either Halloween time or Christmas time.

2024-08-16 23:24:17 +0000 UTCYou gals are so much fun, when the movie ended you guys had me cracking up haha. 2024-08-16 22:57:46 +0000 UTCI feel this is one of the few times that i have seen where Maple is more emotional than Arianna haha. I think it goes to how great the movie is in general, that even though Maple knows what it is going to happen, it still hits her that hard. I cannot wait for you two to see the 2nd and 3rd movie. What a great reaction!

2024-08-16 20:34:59 +0000 UTCI feel LOTR is fine in either cut. The only hills I die on is "Aliens" is better in theatrical and "The Abyss" only makes sense in the extended cut.

2024-08-16 15:01:30 +0000 UTCThe production behind these movies is so insane. They shot all of them in a single massive block in New Zealand, huge budget and leap of faith, relying a ton on in-camera effects and clever tricks. I sadly agree with a comment that said there likely won't ever be another movie trilogy like this because it was an absolutely colossal commitment / leap of trust and faith from the money people for an untested (in movies) IP, it just seems impossible any studio would commit that amount of money + risk instead of doing a TV show, relying on digital effects, relying one existing IP etc. Behind the Scenes content is all on YouTube, well worth watching.
