Steven Knight said he named Grace that name for a reason, she was the character who came to save him. Both of them fought hard against circumstances they knew were against them to be with each other. Grace being a spy but Tommy still loved her and thought about her every day, athough he knew his family would never accept her. She wanted him to come to America with her even though she knew her family would not accept her being with a gangster, she crossed moral boundaries, she knew she was wrong to cheat on her husband but they both put equal efforts into choosing one another. Grace didn't want to change Tommy but Tommy wanted to better himself when he was with her. I just love this love story. Great reaction to such a difficult watch.
