It's not about privilege. Lancelot didn't have that privilege but still, he is a great swordsman. privilege makes it easier but it doesn't mean you win. If Arthur wins with someone else his name he proofs that he is worthy of the title. Lancelot is in this show the ultimate proof that where you come from doesn't matter where you end. It is determination.

2022-08-19 07:07:28 +0000 UTCI can’t help but to snap my fingers in those scenes when Gwen and Merlin puts Arthur/Gaius in their place and I love Gaius did the same to Merlin when he found out he was lying to him, gotta love a good father and son relationship 🥰 PS: so freaking happy this becomes a regular show, even if its 2 per month Im excited, specially knowing that you’ll watch the whole show and can not wait for the “back half” of this season and season 3 ❤️

2022-04-06 15:50:25 +0000 UTCpoor merlin, i loved his little rant, Arthur is so privileged & he doesn't fully get it, like sure you can't cook, fine, but you can at least dress yourself! he expects others to do for him, but i see his point in needing his knights to not treat him differently in fights coz if they are easy on him he won't improve & when the enemy comes they won't go easy on him
