2023-11-30 08:53:17 +0000 UTCI have no knowledge from the comics, but I think Cecil is interested in the sound that stopped Mark because the Viltrumites are out there and they know Earth is "being prepared". Eventually, they are going to check in and come. And Cecil could barely slow down one hostile Viltrumite.

Shapesmith is just a Martian who came to earth disguised as one of the astronauts. Meanwhile the actual astronaut was left on mars and taken over by the sequids, eventually conquering Mars. Now he, with an army of sequids, is headed to earth. I think Donald is a terminator. If Cecil could clone someone who was dead, he would have cloned the original Guardians of the Globe. Great reaction as always!
