Yeah, lock Dean up again so he will die? Remember the mark has to be fed, so Sam needs to monitor him. If we are paralleling Sam's blood drinking, it's sorta not relevant since he HAS to kill or he dies and with with Sam he had to detox in bad ways but it didn't kill him to stop drinking. Sadly Crowley knew how to manage it (just not the demon version of it) but Sam won't call and Cas is still on that rogue angel hunt the writers stuck him with instead of being there for his BFF. I am still bitter about his 3 episode trek to the bunker this season with Hannah whining about his grace and yet making him burn so much off.

Fun fact, the butler was played by the same guy who played the blind faith healer in S1 "Faith". They don't look anything alike, to me and I was surprised to read that.
