I have to say that these workshop videos are worth joining Patreon alone. I did get a lot from your YouTube and basically got terms like Resonance. This model though of input versus interpretation helps me and hopefully others to understand that we aren't broken or incapable. We just need to process the information in a useful way.

2024-06-04 21:39:17 +0000 UTCIt's such a great series I really needed. The APD part was interesting. I have a similar experience, hahaha. It tends to be difficult to listen to somebody talk when multiple people are doing it at the same time. I think that happens a lot to neurodivergent people.
