UPDATE: The Future of TransVoiceLessons & Our Patreon Community

Hi! I have some extremely exciting announcements to share with everyone today. Please take the time to read this as it will affect everyone involved in our community:

I want to thank you all so much for the active, past, and future support you’ve given TransVoiceLessons. Our Patreon was founded nearly 4 ½ years ago with the vision and goal to, “create and publish the absolute best possible public resources to empower, free, and lift up the trans community”. I feel blessed to have been a part of so many lives, learned from so many others, and produced educational material which has reached millions with the goal to liberate trans voices.

In reflection and closing of this beautiful chapter, I’d like to talk about what’s next for TransVoiceLessons. As of June 1st, we will be proceeding with a major update rolling out an expanded team involving a production director, a quarterly calendar ( https://rb.gy/j41y7 ) with more frequent and more diverse community events, higher quality YouTube content, more Patreon exclusive content, and a significant restructure of the Patreon itself.

Patreon perks have been reworked to allow increased opportunities for getting real time vocal feedback, community voting for stream and video topics, ways to sponsor student(s) in need of voice lessons, and much more. The official perk changes will be published and made live May 27th. Most perks have been adjusted to provide greater clarity and value on how to take advantage of the perk and nothing has been raised in price. However, as part of this change, the music component of the current Patreon will be disentangled from TransVoiceLessons and a new Patreon music space will be created to organize the two communities, overall content output, and ultimately create a better experience for all of my supporters.

My music platform will be a space for music lovers, Zheanna fans, new musicians, composers, theorists, producers, performers, synth connoisseurs, and patrons to explore, share, and celebrate sound while getting into a little debauchery along the way. This Patreon will be where I share my music, music theory, stream composition and audio production, possibly play video games, and argue with people on the internet. After months of work, many pieces are now aligned to create something more consistent, dynamic, and capable of helping more people to better deliver on our central mission of liberating voices everywhere.
