Hey there hope you're better by now, have been down with a cold for a few days myself. Even got a covid test just in case, since I had a family gathering today and didn't wanna risk anything. Anyway, don't forget to fill up your air fryers with veggies of all colours for all the different vitamins, drink a lot of water and rest more! ๐งก

I didn't rest I as I know I should have, but I'm really stubborn. I'm glad you are trying to rest. I totally understand your dedication to wanting to finish what you start. My husband and I got the Moderna vaccine shots and boosters back during the height of the pandemic. I really enjoy all of these updates that youโre spoiling us with, even this one (letting us know that youโre sick). I very much appreciate you sharing them with us. Really not a fun way to start my school year, lol. Anyway, just rest a lot and take time for your body to heal. It's so hard to work when your body is fighting it all.

Drink lots of clear fluids, Take paracetamol every 4 hours, Go to your local primary care if you start to run a fever you can't bring down yourself. Sending you big virtual germ free hugs ๐ค
