By this become more understanding of all that you are, it's not selfish to love you (as in yourself). It's the mindset of how to love yourself that can be selfish. Feeling confident, rather than cocky. Feeling that you are important, without being haughty. Feeling you matter, without being conceded. The ego, is the aggressive negative and the energy we have that is the devil on our shoulder. The angel is that part which is opposite, humility, and the connection with the Devine. Healing is a part of life. Allows us to understand and accept truth, love, peace, and joy. We naval gaze and think that is healing, that's part but not all. The Spirit of Abraham is a wonderful series to help. I write here to help others and you. Everyone has worth, everyone should feel loved. We lash out at one another because of our pain.
