Piczel.tv Mascot opinions

We're considering creating a mascot for piczel, primarily for use in ads we may purchase on FA, HF, and anywhere else that we can reasonably put them.
Likely we won't have mascot art all over piczel itself, perhaps at most on the homepage in a newly designed top banner, in order to advertise features within piczel itself.
We've previously avoided picking/having a mascot, since it's surprisingly contentious, but we're fairly established now and think that people aren't likely to avoid us just because of a mascot design any more.
So, cast your votes, do we make a mascot or no?
