As to development - as I'm sure many of you are aware, the situation in Venezuela lately is not great. Power and water are inconsistent, and suffice to say there's lots of civil unrest. Unfortunately, our lead dev (Hernan) is Venezuelan and still lives there. For the past few weeks and going forward I have been/will be trying to help him as much as possible, up to and including helping him leave if he thinks that's wise, so development work, bug fixes will be slow.

On the plus side, the cause of the gif upload errors is known now (sometimes they corrupt, it's due to compressed gifs not resizing well with the default imagemagick functions), so that should be a quick fix, and generally speaking, our stability lately has been great. To my knowledge, no downtime or critical bugs in the past few months.

Last month we changed our email setup so that now live emails will be sent directly by our server, rather than going through a third party service - that alone will save us more than $200 this month! Please let us know if you have deliverability problems with now live emails, and it is always very helpful if you open and click on links in those emails, otherwise gmail/outlook/etc may start considering us spam.
