Body Lab Nervous System Care Class Replay (5/14/23)


Hello dears!

I hope you enjoy the replay of our Nervous System Care Class. 

We had a great turn out for this one. I hope you found it to be a supportive and valuable class!

It was my privilege to welcome students affected by the writers' strikes and other stressful world events as of late. 

We take some slow, deep time to soothe the tensions and knots in our shoulder blades, work with our breath, and tend to the whole body.

For this class you will need:

-Your small sized yoga tune up balls (or rolled up washcloth/sock)

-A blanket to pad the knees, and roll up to use as a prop
