I am excited to be offering some Fall Qi Gong classes this October both in person and livestream :)
Qi Gong is such a powerful and supportive practice for the transition of seasons this time of year. We'll learn how to resource the universe's power and creativity in our own bodies- and reinvigorate our vitality with the changing of the seasons.

Tuition: FREE for Body Lab, EMA, All Access, and Shakti tier patrons, 50% off for The Warm Up tier patrons. (Public tuition=$120)
