Here is the replay of your Body Lab livestream class on 7/31/22.
In this practice we practice moving energy in the ming men (low back) through a movement called 'knocking on the door of life'. In this class we practice with some qu gong, yoga, and improvised movement techniques to bring awareness to stepping in and out of doorways. Stepping in and out of them. Feeling our heart as a doorway. Noticing how it feels when it is open, and when it is closed.
This is a deep, powerful practice. Don't be surprised if you need to take a nap after or if a lot of energy is moved for you!

Class focus:
Applying doorways and bridges as inspiration, we increase our body awareness, cultivate chi and explore creative mobility. These potent locations of transportation and change have a deep history of inspired movements that we will explore from Qi Gong, Yoga and dance.
As always, we will begin with rolling out so bring your Yoga Tune Up therapy balls or a tennis ball and small and large towel if you don't have them.
