Hello my Dears - We have journeyed through the 8 Treasures together and I hope you feel richer for it.
I definitely do because I love sharing and doing this practice, I had a lot of enjoyment making this series for you (and so did my cats)!
My heart is so warmed by all the positive feedback I have received about this series. It is my life's mission to bring forth teachings that help people move their body and energy with mindfulness and care.
This sequence does get more interesting the longer you do it, so I hope you continue to practice beyond this month. It is a wonderful teacher on slowing down, trusting spaciousness and how to follow Qi.

ALL BEGINNERS would benefit from staying in their relaxed place. This practice is not intended to add pressure or tension to your life. If it does, please take a moment to pause, feel your breath coming in and letting your exhale carry out your intention of relaxation or perhaps meditate before you start. This is a suggestion only as we all practice as we are and that is perfectly fine.
