For the month of June, I am offering a self study Qi Gong (chee gong) course.
Whether you are brand new to this ancient practice of wellness and vitality from China or very experienced, the form I will be covering called Eight Silks Brocade or Eight Treasures is enjoyable and beneficial anytime of year. This is probably the most well known and accessible Qi Gong sequence and there is a good reason for it , it is simple and you can feel some affects right away but please, find out for yourself!
I will break down each movement and give you adjustments along the way as well as teach a seated version so you can practice with us when standing is not available or challenging.
For experienced students, I will give you a specific prompt as well.

If you aren't sure if you would like to give it a shot, I will send Session #1 to ALL Patreon members and you can upgrade to Tier 2 if you would like to keep going.

You can always switch back to tier 1 for July.
Also, Qi Gong Summer workshop is now Sunday, June 27 10-3p with a 40 minute lunch break - this will be separate from the 8 Treasures.
