I can relate with those bossy neck muscles doing all the work -ugh. Thanks for sharing Samantha. Sometimes the alignment of hip to shoulder can make a difference but I will write to you privately with some tips since you are on the "All Access" Tier and I know a little bit of what you are dealing with. xo

Needed this tonight. Was super down regulated until the end when I struggled with the side oblique crunches. Lots of over compensation into my neck, traps, groin and inner thy, even my glutes were trying to do the work. My abs feel very vulnerable and disconnected from the rest of my body which works together to compensate and by doing the work for my abs keeps them weak. Struggling with any core engagement, my neck carries the brunt of it.
