In honor of tonight's full moon, here is a class from another night of this spectacular occurrence. There's even a couple of special guest feline appearances!
Because movement brings us closer to our own wild nature I appreciate you, this community of wild women!
Thank you Great Mother for this opportunity, to play, to be silly, to be wild, to be messy, to be outside of the system as a girl, a woman. To trust our own self as the most important resource in our life.
