Hello everyone,
In honor of Earth Day tomorrow, here's a class all about grounding using the lower body and pelvis. We want to get in touch with parts of our body that help us to let go, to release what is no longer needed. This is a great example of how my Body Lab classes harness the female embodiment wisdom that I also use in my EMA classes.
We’re feeling into details of the pelvis as starting point, in contact with the Earth. We’ll go a little bit deeper into what is being held in the body, in the organs, that we don’t need to be holding.
Soften your heart, drop down and back into yourself. Feel what you’re feeling.
