You will need the all your Yoga Tune Up massage balls or your alternative props.
This practice is once again gentle to do anytime of day.
There are some nice ways to ground through massaging and engaging your feet and sleepy muscles of your butt while keeping your awareness on the center line of your body like the center line of the Yin and Yang symbol. Moving towards center helps us shift out of the hamster wheel that keeps us in the "too much or too little" state of thinking.
