I have not taught an Intro workshop in a really long time so you have wonderful timing as your got here just in time for this very recent workshop.
I hope you enjoy this fantastic voyage into your receptivity, softening and pleasure guided play.
At the end of class I teach a little sequence on a chair but you can use your sofa or bed as well if that works better for you.
