EMA LESSON: Honor every body part + journal prompt

This Patreon exclusive video discuss many things, a sort of sharing that goes all over the place but that is pretty much how all my in-person classes used to be in the BC19 days (before Covid19). Sigh....
If you are here, it is because you have committed to learning or reconnecting with your female sensual self and to explore your erotic energy. So, I offer you a little daily exercise that includes journaling so this may be fun for all of you writers - let me know if you pick it up.
You will choose one body part a day and drop into stillness and just meditate on that area for 1 min or more and explore what you learn about that part of you.
Some inquiries are:
a) describe the sensation even lack of
b) ask that part how she if doing, any feelings, images coming up? Don't edit or go into analyzing/explaining. Just write as it is experienced.
c) relax the body part and see how she wants to move or if the focusing encouraged other parts of your body to move.
d) what did your breath do? If nothing, keep relaxing your jaw, womb/cervix area or use the 5 Steps to Sensual Embodiment techniques from the January posts to help guide you in.
e) Repeat the above but with slow sensual music, dress in clothing that frees your body and movement and invite your unedited understanding of sensual or erotic energy to be a part of this exercise. Ask your body.
Always with EMA work, before you begin, create a sacred space and call in your guides /allies to protect you. Your feminine eroticness may need to feel safer and more grounded before this becomes organic and easy to connect to.
