Hello lovelies!

Using my favorite down regulation tool, THE COREGEOUS BALL, this class uses self massage techniques from The Roll Model Therapy Ball work to help us manually  switch off unwanted  and excessive contraction. The balls  induce stretch motion into myofascia that dulls the signalling of those overactive  muscle spindles and results in a turning off of this unconscious holding.  

Where else are you holding unconsciously?  Self massage the area and help conserve your energy, avoid areas from forming trigger points and creating chronic tension when you are no longer persistently contracting.

Get a handle on your blindspots as you use this very simple class to bridge greater awareness between your body and mental state.
