This is a yummy class!
It's weird to go back in time and look through these archived classes because it immediately takes me to a specific feeling, smell, sensation on my skin and memories. This class was recorded at my beloved and sorely missed Temple space last July and although it is always bittersweet to see myself bathing in that joy that held me from every inch of Shakti House, it really reminds me how important sacred space is.
