I recorded this video after a heart centered meditation practice. During my sit, Shakti energy filled my heart, womb and then my whole body. I was full of energy that desired to be contacted. This event is erotic embodiment that started from stillness and devotion. I hope this gives you a glimpse into how EMA is a spiritual practice as well as a physical one!
After the short movement portion of this video, I give a mini tutorial on how using the YTU Corgeous Ball has been a constant practice for me to release tension from my diaphragm, surrounding organs and tissues and transform the available vital energy into erotic energy. It is challenging to stay open, curious and receptive when going deep into these areas of the body that hold a lot of emotional charge.
