This mini meditation and breath lesson is an introduction to Wuji. Wuji is the practice of stillness and emptiness in Qi Gong. Through guided meditation and ways to direct the mind and breath, we begin to develop a conscious personal relationship with stillness. We navigate both how we sabotage are self through reactivity and tension even in a low risk experience like this meditation. However, what seems like a low risk on a practical level can trigger a multitude of emotions and thoughts that perpetuate and keep us hooked into our excessive and irrational anxieties. These tensions block us from our natural and inherent state of radiance (presence).
