Before the "Marcus scene" begins, the game displays the message : If you choose this path, you will not be able to do other quests. That's why after passing it you get to the main menu. Before you go to Marcus, you can go through all the quests from Updates v9-v13 and then go back to Marcus.

2022-10-20 16:32:24 +0000 UTCMy last download was 3. v9 and now I am ready to play again, but 3 v13 will never go past the end of v9 for me, it asks what I did and then just stops at the main menu after the Marcus scene at the jail after she is confronting him
