[Windows] Always show file extensions.

Type into your TaskBar search, or right click the start button and select 'Search'
File Explorer OptionsClick the "Best Match" which should should show as:
File Explorer Options
Control panelSelect the 'View' tab.
Make sure the option
Hide extensions for known file types
is untickedClick 'OK'

Because it's needed to rename the .dll to .exe in the RMS package. And because people who don't do it are noobs.
