New Feature (DTMF Decoding - Initial Phase):
As previously discussed in the community chat, work has begun on implementing DTMF decoding functionality. This release includes the initial phase: basic DTMF tone decoding, which can be enabled via the new Menu #29.This is just the first step toward the full DTMF feature set planned (as outlined in earlier conversations with Casey). The approach is incremental due to the complexity involved.
Note: The BK4819 chip is not highly accurate in distinguishing DTMF tones from background static or noise. As a result, users may occasionally notice false or "ghost" DTMF digits being decoded. This is a known limitation.
Note 2: DTMF decoding requires the tones to be reasonably loud. In my testing I had to turn DTMF Volume up to 80 on the transmitting radio (RT-890 in my case) before all tones would decode properly.

Notes on DTMF, the dtmf "banner" appears over the menu if characters are being rx, i also noted that the h3 dtmf speed is too fast for the 900 to decipher, seems like it skips every other digit, propbably works great between all radtels lol, ill report back if i find any other oddities, but for nw thats it
