Okay, most possibly you get it right - this is Bo Maverick. And he is a Cefeid, it’s a name of sualokin knights. They can do a number of important stuff in the clan and always had very special mavericks, that gives them a freedom in the Stream. < I feel the concept of knight mavericks is vulnerable, so we’ll reconsider it later.

Bo became a Cefeid even before he and Flynn met each other.

In their trio with Kariom, Bo was a “soft dad”, who allowed his kiddo to do everything he wants. He is carefree and reckless and it didn’t work well with Kariom.
