Duke Nukem Forever: 10 Years Later

It's a 20 minute look at the history of Duke Nukem, plus a review of the game and the humor, of one of the world's most maligned games ever made. However, after looking into it, while we almost all agree this is a 'bad game,' it's hard to find anyone who's played it.
So, I jumped in to see if this game is really that bad, or if it was a victim of it's own 15 year hype cycle, and did they produce so much hype that no game could ever possibly meet expectations?
