2019-05-29 06:10:54 +0000 UTCI think the Windows version known as Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst is still kicking around Unofficially (mostly on private servers). Blue Burst retreated more as your standard a MMO so no single player off line mode unlike the Dreamcast and Game Cube versions.
