Im gonna be honest - while I don’t like the org Jew Belong- antisemitism is on the rise and often blaming Zionists for antisemitism is blaming Jews for their own harassment. I do agree that Zionism makes Jews unsafe in many ways but I’ve experienced a LOT of antisemitism unrelated to Zionism. I don’t feel safe as a Jew here. And that is why Zionism works - because Jews have been unsafe historically in their communities. Anyways that’s just my lived experience.

2024-02-11 19:55:30 +0000 UTCThe anti-stone cairn thing does have an explanation, in that wild animals tend to see them as shelter to hide near, but since they're just unstable piles of rocks, they fall over and trap the animals. So there is a reasonable argument to make that people shouldn't be building death traps for wildlife, although from how you described the guy's tweet, I'm guessing he didn't explain this at all and instead chose to just be incredibly condescending about it.
