At one point you ask about whether nazifurs have elected a "master race" and they haven't, BUT you should check out German shepherd fursonas. There are a weird number of German shepherd fursonas who are cops and soldiers. If you Google it, you will see some normal ones but a lot more cops than any other vocation. This is probably the closest you'll get. On f-list I've ignored (like a block on that site) lots of cop German shepherd characters.
