The shortest day of the year is coming to the northern hemisphere, so we must do our best to keep our spirits bright during these cold, dark days. Dancing is one way to warm up!

I have been in DEEP hibernation mode the past couple of weeks. I’ve hardly left the house unless I *need* to, but inside these four walls have been absolutely blissful. Every night I dive into the eerie world of the Resident Evil 4 Remake, while sipping homemade hot chocolate. It’s a vibe.

For me, December has been all about intentions setting for the new year, and for letting my body rest.

I hope you too are finding a way to use this final month of the year to celebrate all that you’ve accomplished, to mourn all that you’ve lost, and to plan your next chapter going forward. Do not push yourself too hard right now. Do not beat yourself up for sleeping in or for slacking off your to do list. This is the time for reflection and cultivating peace.
